[Year 12 IT Apps] How deep do you go?

The first two key knowledge dot points for U4O1 state:


*         Types of goals of organisations and information systems

*         Role of components of information systems

At first glance they both look pretty straight forward - but how much detail is required for each?

For goals I read about strategic plans, mission statements and objectives - do students need to know all of these???

For components is it required that students need to know an input device from an output device, features of an operating system or the role of utility software???

My understanding is that if it is not specifically listed in the study design it cannot be examinable
