[Year 12 IT Apps] DB SAC

Hello.

Maybe I missed something but, when I look at the RDMS functions to teach for 
U3-O2, there is no mention of forms.
So when it says "electronic validation", I taught ranges, list boxes, input 
masks, etc.
If we don't have to use forms, is it unreasonable to enter data into tables 
and create the queries from there?
I showed my students how to create forms and generate reports, to give them 
a complete look at databases (some students have not studied dB's before), 
but clarified they only utilise tables and queries for the SAC.

Is this ok?
