Laura, 

You can use Dreamweaver or any other web editor available to create the
website.  You could even use code to create the website, but obviously you
won¹t have time for that in Yr 12.  With a forum you¹ll need a backend
database to make it functional, but as the outcome states, it is a prototype
website so you won¹t need to go that far.  (However the forum Œimage¹ will
need to be created using html, css, javascript etc... using Dreamweaver if
that¹s your editor). As long as the students can show how their website will
look and operate that¹s all you need to do.
