[Year 12 IT Apps] ESL students and the exam

I haven't heard of dictionaries being allowed in ITA exams for ESL
students.  I let my year 11 ESL students use them, but not any year 12
student.

Can Paula elaborate on these rules?

rushed him to hospital. His condition is table.
