Hi,
This is probably a dumb question, but if a pupil is proficient in html
and css, can they create their prototype website in Notepad (or Vym, or
Notepad++ etc). I know the task must be completed using appropriate
software that can create a website, but does that include something as
simple as a text editor or must they use Dreamweaver or another WYSIWYG
type of editor?
Cheers,
