hello.
given the question, i may have used sheet referencing to create the delivery 
slips from the "customerinfo" and "deliverycost" sheets. we've done 
thabefore in an outcome with sample data? granted it would create a massive 
sheet with delivery slips but i certainly didn't think mail merge.
