[Year 12 IT Apps] Course information & structure

Dear colleagues

 

As part of the review process we prepare a benchmarking report which
examines what other jurisdictions are offering in the field of IT. Of
course this informs our decisions. This year we are looking at the
curriculum documents from:

o        South Australia (2 courses)

o        Tasmania

o        NSW (2 courses)

o        UK (2 courses)

o        Hong Kong (2 courses)

o        Ontario (2 courses)

o        And the Internal Baccalaureate

 

We are also looking at some tertiary curriculum documents to assess how
well we prepare students for tertiary study.

 

And I get the message - the glossary! Over the next week or so I'm
looking forward to hearing more comments about the study.
