Inkscape is brilliant. Have you found the heathenx webcasts detailing its
use. They are very good  if you can just put up with the R-rated intro
music!

I am thinking of running some free or low cost introductory workshops about
Inkscape and Gimp at Westall SC in Clayton South. Expressions of interest
off list (just so I can gauge the level of interest) .. there are also some
workshops about these at the VITTA conference. :-)

Have just downloaded and installed GIMP for Windows.

Can anyone tell me how to download/install the Help/User manual so that it
will operate from within GIMP?  I have downloaded the whole manual in HTML
format but that does not install within GIMP
