Yes, but it's heavily oriented to what you do with ICT in the non-IT classroom and if you don't have ICT resources on-tap in your classroom you can come out sounding like an 'ICT dummy' regardless of your actual expertise.

  You could try e-potential. This is a survey and data tool specifically set up for ict skill levels of staff. It has an extensive survey, over 200 questions (may be a bit too big) but can be useful in determining staff skill levels
