Hi Bill
It was not an issue related to a failing of an information system.  Thus, I 
would not raise it as an IT privacy issue.

Leave it to the Legal Studies classes to discuss as an issue.

A more relevant issue is the case of the 2 people who found medical records 
relating to AFL footballers.  Their case was in the media last week.  The 
failure there was the incorrect or failure of proper disposal of 
information; or the failure in the storage of information.
