Hi Jo
The problem occurs when the user doesn't have the correct security
permissions (read & write) to the folder that markbook is trying to save the
files to. Your technicians should be able to change these permissions. The
update flag in Markbook will also have to be cleared as well or you will get
the "not the latest copy" error.

Really sorry if this has been discussed previously but this problem just
appeared for us. Just wondering if anyone else has had problems with getting
markbook to update on Vista machines? Vista users are getting a "Path
Access" error.
Any advice would be much appreciated,
