[Year 12 IT Apps] Markbook on Vista

Really sorry if this has been discussed previously but this problem just appeared for us. Just wondering if anyone else has had problems with getting markbook to update on Vista machines? Vista users are getting a "Path Access" error. 
Any advice would be much appreciated,
