[Year 12 IT Apps] IARTV ITA practice exam

Hi Litsa.  The SD does say that, but it's only _part_ of the definition.

It also says effectiveness is "A measure of how well something works", 
and includes "completeness, readability, attractiveness, clarity, 
accuracy, accessibility, timeliness, communication of message, relevance 
and usability."
