[Year 12 IT Apps] VITTA Practice Exam 2 Multiple Choice Question 6

Hi all

My understanding is that the Privacy Act 1988 is that it now includes
the provisions of the Private Sector Act 2000

Section 6 of the Privacy Act refers to and gives definitions as to
what is an organisation, business, small business etc under the
provisions of the Act including small business with a turnover of
less than $3 million are exempt etc

That is why I am questioning the solution response to the VITTA
sample exam 2 multiple choice question 6 where they suggest that the
correct answer is 

A - Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000

I would argue that the correct answer is in fact C - Privacy Act
1988
