Hi Jason,

Hit'em with the funny kittens video to start with. That will set a light
hearted mood.

Then break for tea, coffee and sandwiches.

Announce that that is the end of the staff development session. If any one
has any questions, they can see you at some other time.

You will be remembered as the best PD session ever.

Accept the fact that you will teach them nothing because they feel that they
know it already.

Cynical? My word! Practical? Yep.
