Hi Ros,
I'm no Cases expert, but if it's in excel, could you record yourself
cutting and pasting one of the students in a macro, then loop it 800 times?
Cheers

Thanks Michael
I can get the data into an excel spreadsheet, but each student is listed on
10 lines - one line per subject.
C & P would be ok if we had time but there are 800 kids!! :( :(
I just know that there has to be a way to do it, just gotta figure it out,
and I am not au fait with CASES, the first time I ever got to see a screen
with CASES on it was at 2.30pm today! And this needs to be ready by Wed so
staff can start ticking the boxes!!!
Cheers
Ros

Hi Roslyn,
Without the CASES data to use - have you tried opening the data in Excel
first so it does appear on one page and then Copying 'n' Pasting it into a
Word table!
Cheers,
Michael
