cases 21 the program that the admin computers has does this for you they hav=
e an automatic query with this built in.  so go ask them as they should be a=
ble to do it for you..  if not get back to me and I will get my office to se=
nd you the statement.

Hi Keith,

I did something like this a few weeks ago, but can't find it now. It is a fa=
irly complicated statement that you put in a query. I originally found it by=
 just googling something like "access database convert date of birth to age"=
 and found the answer almost straight away. I'm sorry I haven't still got it=
.
