[Year 12 IT Apps] IT Lecture Notes

I'm staying out of it for the time being.

It's the decision of VCAA's copyright officer, Renee Brierley, and Paula.

What I'll have to do is put the copyrighted stuff (exam questions, key 
knowledge & skills, glossary) on our extranet so the only people who can 
reach those bits will be McKinnon students.  Sigh.
