[Year 12 IT Apps] ITA study design query

Thanks all for the fresh look at the dotpoint. Yes, it makes sense to 
interpret it as "testing the plan" but the existing wording is a bit 
unclear.

I'd just finished writing a page about the testing phase of the SDLC and 
that was the interpretation of "testing" that was lodged in my mind!
