[Year 12 Its] firefox proxy settings

Dear All

We are usings two browsers, IE and firefox for internet browsing.
Our current problem is students are by passing the proxy settings in firefox 
and going around our content filtering program to access the internet.

Has anyone out there has experience a similar problem with firefox proxy 
settings.  Would like help on configuration to stop settings being changed in 
firefox.
