[Year 12 IPM] OT: Dealt with DELL anyone?

Hello TJ

we bought two new labs worth of equip just this last term. Equip seems good,
but as with Anton, dealing with Dell seemed to have been a massive headache
for our System Adminstrator - lots of phone calls to resolve a single issue
and missed deliveries schedules are two gripes that come to mind. Part of
the problem seems to be that everything operates out of Sydney and that you
are dealing with sales people not techies.
