However, if you think like the examiners (formula style) then technicians need technical manuals, people working at their desktop computers (Eg. end users /input data people) need a quick reference guide placed somewhere prominent. My worry is that although what you say is very true in real life, it may not be true for this virtual IP&M Examiners world.
