[Year 12 IPM] Validation of VELS

Dear colleagues

 

In December 2005, VCAA posted on its website the validated VELS, and the
updated version of the ICT domain is found at:

In the latest issue of the VCAA Bulletin (Issue 21), the P-10 Supplement
includes a summary of the main changes made to all domains. This is

You will be receiving the validated standards on a DVD to be distributed
to schools in February. Also on this DVD will be a very useful
publication 'Design Awareness in Schools'. It is intended to heighten
all teachers knowledge of fundamental design elements, and has a section
devoted to ICT and design. The supporting worksheets and activities are
geared to Years 9 and 10 students (level 6).
