[Year 12 IPM] Access Help

You can't do this using a macro unless you set up some structure first.
It is possible to do something like this using VBA. One of the databases
I designed professionally some years ago did something similar.
If memory serves me correctly:
Presumably you have a documents table storing the Names/paths of the
relevant Docs, and also a students table.
You need to create a new table with a joint primary key - studentId and
DocId. You could now create a parameter query if you want to pull up one
student or a normal query which links tblStudent, tblDoc and
tblStudent_Doc.
You can base a form on this query, have students log into the form by
entering their student number and then pull up a sub form or a second
form showing the docs available and the links to those docs.
Whatever all of this is not a trivial exercise and requires reasonably
sophisticated programming and access skills to make it achievable.

Can anyone help me regarding setting up a macro. I've set up a form
based on all students within the college. I need to be able to have
students login using their student ID and only see forms relevant to
that ID. It would mean that they would see between 6 and 10 forms
depending on what year level they are in.

Hello Everyone.
Is there anyone out there with expertise in using Dreamweaver utilizing
CSS. I am currently working on a project using this combination, and
would appreciate someone to bounce ideas off. With thanks, Keith Keith
