Young people experiencing mental health and drug and alcohol problems in
communities across Australia will have better access to the help they need
as a result of headspace’s new, leading help-seeking website launched by 
the Federal Minister for Youth, Kate Ellis today.

At the unveiling in Melbourne Ms Ellis urged young Australians to visit 
the new website which is youth-friendly, easy to navigate and will be the 
leading point of information for young people, their families and the 
community.

"Today’s launch of headspace’s – the National Youth Mental Health 
Foundation’s - new website will make it easier for young people to find 
the support and information they need."

"Early, effective intervention, targeting young people aged 12 – 25 years, 
is a national priority and headspace is helping to make this happen 
through our 30 headspace services and now our innovative and responsive 
website." ..
