I recently discovered a FREE program that, once you press <print screen>, it
turns your mouse into a selection tool there and then.

So you select the section, right click it, copy and paste it wherever you
like.

Hi all,

To capture, and save, any part of any Windows screen: (except a video)
 

press <ctrl><printscreen> 

then open paint

then press <ctrl><v> to paste your screen-print into paint, and use the 
selection tool (the box with dotted lines) to select any parts you want

then press <ctrl><c> to copy your selection

then <ctrl><v> to paste your screen selection into your word doc, whatever.
