To protect student privacy our school has instructed us of the following:
* working remotely students will only use the audio feature to participate (webcams are to be disabled).

Nothing codified yet but general sense is that
Must be logged in at start of timetabled lesson with camera ON
Casual, (but neat) clothes NO pyjamas etc (yes we decided to clearly say that)
Not in bedroom if at all possible
Must be logged in at END of timetabled lesson with camera ON
Can be off when doing work
Disabled chat for delivery of content
Chat enabled for questions etc
Presenter has screen takeover by participants switched off - if goes on then goes off ASAP
Web-ex has a “Lobby" where participants can hear but not participate so can be ejected to there
Students are to be respectful polite etc
No use of inappropriate language - especially sexually aggressive language
Lessons will be recorded and made available later (good for teacher safety if students are aware of recording)
so far that is all!!

We are looking at developing these. Obviously the expectations that we have of everyone in a physical classroom are not negated in a remote learning environment, but there are specific things to consider like using an appropriate space, being mindful of background noise, wearing school uniform etc.
