I really like this one Geoff. It's succinct & comprehensive, very well worked indeed.

Subject: Re: [elearning] Social media policy
I have got my school to do away with the 15-20 page AUP, and specific social media issues/polices etc.
To replace them I have formulated an "agreement" between the student/user and the school, which sets out the rights and responsibilities of each. 2 pages. I have attached it.
If you are talking about social media policy outside a schools infrastructure, then good luck................. I would suggest that all student actions/behaviour can be considered in the light of an agreement such as the one I have formulated (in this case for ICT/IT).

Subject: [elearning] Social media policy
Hi everyone,
Is there anyone 'out there' that has recently developed a social media policy? We have an AUP - and it does mention the use of social media, but our Principal is looking at publishing a separate social media policy (presumably that could include staff as well)!
Thanks in advance!
Cheers,
