Hi everyone,
Our College is currently investigating the use of Virtualisation technology. It is clear that there are many advantages for this software for IT Service Staff but what about for Teaching and Learning?
We already have all the background server software which is running some remote desktops in our library, however, I am wanting to hear opinions/experiences/information of teachers who have used the VMview iPad app in their schools.
Specifically,
* What are your experiences in using VMview on iPads for Teaching and Learning? What have been the advantages? Disadvantages?
* Are students using the app? How?
* What have the implications been for Technical Support Staff?
* What type(s) of software do teachers access and use through the Virtualisation?
Thanks in advance for your feedback.
