[elearning] Youtube policy

Hi Phil,

We have open access for staff and students in the Senior School, I am not sure of the Junior school, I would suspect that it is teacher only there. The policy is only bound by the overarching "Responsible Use Policy" of all ICT.

We can have it open as we have an unlimited broadband plan. When we had a limit we used to limit students to a certain amount of MB download per month.

This is an issue which is ongoing all over the place.

What is your policy regarding the use of Youtube?

 *   Do you allow students full access?
 *   Do you have policies in place which place certain restrictions on groups of students?
 *   Or do you have teacher only have access?
I would really appreciate some feedback on this.
