[Design and Technology] Product Design & Technology - Exam and Folio Workshop - Wednesday 24 September

The Academy of Design is offering the following workshop to assist year 12
students with their preparations for the VCE Product Design & TEchnology
exam and tertiary interviews. Presenters are all accomplished educators and
leaders in their field.

 Students are invited to bring their folio and get constructive feedback
from top creative educators on presentation, finish, design principles and
aesthetic focus.

$45 fee includes:

1 hour tutorial on exam preparation for:
€ Product Design & Technology
 
by Jacinta O¹Leary 
Jacinta is a member of the VCAA review panel for VCE Design and Technology
in 2010, now VCE Product Design and Technology.  She co-authored, with Jill
Livett, the recent edition of the textbook: Product Design and Technology
VCE Units 1 to 4, and has been a board member of DATTA Vic (Design and
Technology Teachers¹ Association) since 2007.

Plus 1 session covering Tertiary Interview Tips
 
Plus 1 session on the folio. Students select from one of the following
specialisations:
 
€ Communication Design
€ Fashion & Costume Design
€ Filmmaking & Photography
€ Graphic & Digital Design
€ Visual Arts
