Hi Heather!

I had a similar situation this year, as numbers were insufficient for a year 11 to run.  However, I chose to talk with the Year 11 students and, with the blessing of our school administration, ran the class as an accelerated Year 12 for those year 11 students participating.  This is one option, though it does result in no year 12 the following year.
