Hmm - a few people said that!
I've attached it again, can you let me know if it works?
Also - you may not need it as a Word document (I do for my digital
records), but if you don't need it as a Word document, you can just print
it off the pdf from:
www.vcaa.vic.edu.au/Documents/vce/technology/SBA_proddes.pdf
The score sheet is on page 16.

Note: I did it on Mac, so the formatting may not behave on a PC.
