Wonderful suggestions Melissa, i will pass this on to the hard working DLTV crew that are making this happen. Of course, this will will be what we make of it and for this to ultimately work, we need to get boots onto the ground and into the doors http://dltv.vic.edu.au 

Great cohort coming out of Monash Uni BTW, good gender mix and most have some really solid industrial experiences to tap into. Preservice teachers are all offered free DLTV membership and most of my past students are probably nervously lurking on these lists. You'll meet them at Digicon. 

Say, the issue of Women in tech is an interesting and paradoxical one, I will check with the DLTV EO as I suspect that there there may be plans to do something after DigiCON, later this year.
