Thank you everyone for your generous comments – I’m feeling quite emotional – what am I going to be like on the last day??? The IT/Computing/Digi Tech community is a solid one that will respond well to any changes in personnel. It is exciting times ahead, and I think a great opportunity for someone to put their own stamp on how Digi Tech will be implemented from next year, as well as supporting the revised Algorithmics study design and Computing.
Regards
Paula

Many heartfelt "thank-yous".
I remember you as the face of IT as a graduate and have trusted every word you said.
You have been there for all of us with grace and dignity and have always been patient and respectful.
Look back with pride for everything you have done for the IT community and know that we will "miss" you.
Thank-you.
Take care of yourself, Litsa xo

Dear colleagues
Welcome to the last quarter of the school year. For a range of reasons it has been a challenging one for many people with the introduction of the revised VCE study design, preparation for the implementation of the Victorian Curriculum: Digital Technologies and the minor review of VCE Algorithmics (HESS).
Are you interested in another rewarding challenge from 2017 onwards? If yes, you might like to apply for the following position: Curriculum Manager, Digital Technologies at the VCAA. Yes, I am retiring at the end of the year so there is an opportunity for someone to embrace this position. Below is a link to the job description – note that the closing date is 13 October.
