[Informatics] Citing References in Word

Hi Everyone,
I am trying to use the References functions in Word to Cite references for the SAT and having problems.

It does not matter what type of reference; website, book etc, I cite, when I try and "Insert Citation", The following appears, "Invalid Source Specified" on the Word Doc page.
Even if I insert a footnote.

I don't understand??? If anyone has used this function and can shed any light on what I am doing wrong, it would be much appreciated.
