[Informatics] Mistake?

Hi David,
I agree it looks like an error and that the information should read “School Assessed Coursework” for week 14 of the provided timeline.
However, what may be confusing is that the likely final date for submission of the School Assessed Task would be in the last week of Term 3 – still wanting to see confirmation of this in tomorrow’s session.
To give my students the maximum amount of time to complete their SAT, I am strongly considering some “blended” rather than sequential teaching of the Unit.
In other words – early part of the Unit focus on U4O1. Then carve out a few weeks in the middle of Term 3 to cover the content and assessment of U4O2, then allow the students a few weeks at the conclusion of term to finalise their SATs (and begin exam preparation)
Regards,
Lucas

Hi,
After reading Unit 4, Area of study 2 in the study design it talks about school assessed coursework and says that it will contribute to 10% of the marks for the year.
When I look at the VCE advice for teachers / Developing a course for unit 4 this sac does not appear. Within Area of Study 2: Information Management it says Outcome 2: School Assessment Task rather than School Assessed Coursework. That is an error isn't it?
