[Informatics] An ERD challenge for you

Ah, we have another victim of the dodgy download. Thanks. That satisfies
my sanity check. It was not just I who got the bad document.

It supports my hypothesis that the document had been quietly amended.

This is why - as I suggested in November last year - version numbering and
revision histories should be used for all VCAA document uploads. It's basic
good file management.

Since VCAA is tending to publish canonical documents only online, document
versioning is becoming increasingly necessary.

Teachers should not be expected to regularly re-download publications and
inspect them closely to see if any changes have been made.

It worries me that people might download a document and rely on it in class
and for outcomes without knowing that it has since been modified.
