[Informatics] Data Analytics - How the Internet Talks

This is a discussion not to be trifled with but I think I will go with W3C with the Internet as opposed to the “internets”

Food for thought “Then again, it’s very probable that the crowd doesn’t care about such things at all, and that consequently there would be no right way to capitalize “Internet.” What happens when a question gets put to the crowd, but no one cares? If a nerd debate happens in a forest and no normals are there to comment, or hurl the odd insult, as the case may be, did it ever really happen?”

For the record Wired Mag decapitalised it in 2004 – as they thought they would lead the cool way forward – but since then recapitalised it, saying that if you did NOT capitalise it you did not know the difference between the Internet and all the other internets. Oxford uses “Internet” …  (I will leave you with that thought).

With all my research I now think that Mark was being sarcastic.

But, speaking of 'How the internet talks', I notice you're a "capital 'I' Internet" person.
I happen to be a lowercase "internet" person.

I also pronounce GIF with a hard "G".
I wonder if you're secretly a "JIFF" man.

I hope we can still be friends.
