[CS4HS] Algorithmics headstart

[Ziad Baroudi]

Sounds like a good idea, Doug. My cohort are more likely to be
inexperienced in programming than maths so I am using headstart to
introduce them to algorithms and programming. Attached is the plan. I am
happy to share the workfiles etc if someone is interested.
