Hi all,
We had a problem here with students being to access the Cisco curriculum
from the school server. After a plea to the Cisco group, our Regional
Academy and Cisco Help Desk - none of which had a solution, the school techs
finally found the solution. I say this in case any other Academy has a
similar problem. I had thought that it may have been a profile issue, and it
was. They said to install it on the workstation, and then, if you're using a
local profile, copy the profile to the default profile, or to the profile
that is used.
