Dear Sue, give me a call, I have a designed a camp/excursion costing
workbook in excel, and it works well. It is simple to use, you just
enter all your camp quotes/costings from each creditor (bus, accom,
food, etc), the number of students attending & staff and it works out
the per student cost automatically.

Sorry, need to clarify.  We transfer camp surplus into 9499 but this has
been vetoed by a Council member, who wants anything paid pack to the
children.
