What if you run the camp or excursion and it runs at a loss, are the
children going to pay extra to cover the costs

Tell the School Council member that any funds left over from the camp
goes into the schools revenue which is then used to purchase school
equipment which is used by the children.

Sorry, need to clarify.  We transfer camp surplus into 9499 but this has
been vetoed by a Council member, who wants anything paid pack to the
children.
