Hi Brigid
 
We were audited by Stannards - and they didn't even ask to see my
accountable documents register.  I have always provided it in the past,
but it wasn't on the list this time.  Previously I have just recorded
all the cheque numbers used during the year - no one has ever mentioned
the unused cheques in the boxes to me.

We had our audit today by Standard's; has anyone ever been requested
previously to supply an Accountable Document of unused cheques?  ie
stating box one has cheque xxxxxxx to xxxxxx and box two has cheque
xxxxxx to xxxxxx rather than each bundle of cheques you take out of the
box which is what I do, that is I take a hundred cheques out of the box
and write this into my accountable documents register, she told me this
is wrong because CASES21 records the numbers anyways!
