[Busmanagers] SSO Range Review

That applies to the Subdivision/Step after a successful review not the
Range. My understanding about the advertising could be wrong within the
same Level but considering there is a little bit of conflicting advice
here, I think the guru, namely Chris Towers needs to step in on this
one.

Also wouldn't they go up from 2-3 to 2-4 after a year then to 2-5 after
another year, if reviews ok.  I also thought they would not need to
advertise as same classification.

Good Afternoon everyone,

 

Does anyone know if there is a set procedure for an SSO who requests a
Range Review, I have been reading SOFWEB and apart from them requesting
one, their does not seem to be a standard format of what action the
Principal should take etc.  The request is from an SSO2-3 to an SSO2-5
as this is a significant jump in classification I need to ensure we
follow the correct procedure.
