Hi Glynis

The teachers keep their rolls in the classroom. The children bring up a
students by home group (condensed) ST21319 in the morning and then again
in the afternoon. We have a daily bulletin and the missing reports are
listed daily. We then do an 'incomplete' report at the end of the week
and give it to the relevant teachers.

Good Luck

Donna

Subject: [Busmanagers] RE: Collecting Rolls

Morning All

We have a new Prin, and she would like me to investigate different
practices of collecting rolls/absences.

I know everyone is busy, but if you could jot down your school's way of
doing things, I would really appreciate your help.

We have had rolls delivered from the office everyday and collected every
afternoon by students since the year dot, and she would like to reduce
the time the children are out of class!

Thanks heaps

Glynis Singh
