[Busmanagers] Breaks

The only official breaks are the unpaid meal breaks referred to in the award=
/agreement.  There is no entitlement to paid tea breaks for anyone (includin=
g teacher aides), and for most employment categories this has been the case=
 for a very long time.  Tea breaks do exist through custom and practice and=
 it is appropriate to allow people a break from time to time for obvious rea=
sons, but there is no legal or official policy requirement to do so.

Morning everyone,

 

Does anyone know where we can find the official policy on morning tea and lu=
nch breaks.  The only thing in the award we can find says that no employee c=
an work more than 5 hours without an unpaid =BD hours break.
