[Busmanagers] shade sails

Hi everyone,
We are about to install some shade sails, which need a building permit.  We=
 have been informed that to apply for the building permit we need a copy of=
 the title.  Can anyone tell me where you can get this from, do I have to do=
 it through the title office or is it held by the department?
