[Busmanagers] Franking Machine

Hi Bev

 

We use the ‘Postage paid’ system here.  Over the years have thought about a franking machine but felt that was another action someone had to do.  We have quite a huge amount of mail with at least 4 whole school mail outs a year, plus reports twice a year for Yrs 10, 11 & 12.  Postage Paid means the mail has to be dropped at the post office (you can’t drop it in a box) but it works well for us.

I know you probably think I have got nothing better to do but I am now looking at purchasing a Franking Machine.  Has anybody got any advice or information they can give me on the best models to look at.  I have currently got the Pitney Bowles brochure but would like to know what other schools use.
