Hi Deb,

I've not had any replies except the same as yours, asking if I've had
any replies, so it's obviously a curly one.  My AP has been following it
up and she's got some information about a company that charges about
$180 per hour and I think that's who we are going with.  She's in a
lengthy meeting today off site but is due back later in the afternoon,
so I'll get the information from her and let you know.  We've got school
council tonight too.  I've got a feeling she's going to ask school
council to draft a letter to DoE saying that it is completely
unreasonable for the Dept to be asking us to foot the bill for this and
request funding support - probably won't help but your school council
might want to do that too.  I'll get back to you.

Hi everyone,

To all those who have shade sails - has anyone got contacts for
structural engineers to certify our flexible shade structures?  (New
requirement under PRMS).  It looks like a very expensive exercise ($500
per hour is one estimate we've been given) and apparently small
companies won't do it because the insurance cost is exorbitant.

Any help would be gratefully received.
